Dunstanburgh is one of my favourite castles, it's a complete ruin, but the shape and size is still very daunting and powerful. The area around is grazing lands, sometimes with sheep, other times with cattle. It's right on the coastline and only accessible by foot. 
 
These sheep never stopped watching me - hardly suprising as I lay down in the grass to photograph them. No doubt they were think I was the daft one!
